How Thermalift Works

Thermalift treatment can be used for the face or body. It helps stimulate collagen production and support healthy lymphatic flow.

This helps your skin rebuild the elastin and collagen it has lost over time, which can improve firmness and support the tissue beneath the surface. Gently heating that collagen may also soften the look of wrinkles and cellulite.

We start to lose 1% collagen every year starting at the age of 25, so we recommend starting treatment early on to maintain the longevity of your skin's elasticity and appearance.   • Avoid any medium or deep chemical peels, chemical resurfacing treatments, laser procedures, microneedling, or microchanneling two weeks before treatment to prevent further skin damage.

  • Stay well-hydrated before the procedure to optimize skin health and recovery.

  • If you have any active cold sores or skin conditions on the face, be sure to notify your provider. This only applies to doing treatment on the face.

During Treatment

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

  • Do not apply creams, lotions, or cosmetics on the selected area for the Thermalift session.

  • Some redness and tingling may occur, but it should subside quickly.

The treatment will between 45 minutes long. For doing treatment on the face, the skin around the eyes and mouth may be more sensitive to the treatment due to layer of the skin being thinner than the rest of the face.

After Treatment

  • After treatment, your skin may feel tight with a pink color that will subside less than 24 hours for the face.

  • After treatment, some people, especially those with sensitive skin, experience mild redness, swelling, and discomfort afterward. This typically resolves within 24 hours.

  • Avoid direct sunlight for 72 hours.

  • Discontinue retinol, retinoids, and vitamin C for at least 24 hours.

  • Use sunscreen SPF40+ daily.

  • Refrain from any deep exfoliation.

A follow-up treatment is recommended with repeat sessions every 2 weeks for face and 7 days for body. Results vary per person.
